If you would like to cancel your order (before it is shipped), you should contact us immediately at support@moquer.com. We are working with a fulfilment partner and they pack your order pretty fast.
Once an order is packed, it is not possible for us to cancel it anymore. When you refuse delivery, then your order will be returned to us. Once received, we will check it and refund the amount.
So, if you want to cancel an order you've placed, contact us as fast as possible and we will see what we can do. Please bare in mind that in some cases we will not be able to cancel your order anymore.
